Job Purpose:Handling customers’ calls following agreed scripts and processes to guarantee consistency and meeting of global requirements and standards.

Requirement :
Very Good Command of English
Good Typing - (PC Usage)
Background Education : Various (non Specific)
Benefits:
Monthly Gross salary:2400 L.E
Rotational shifts; 8 hours (Break: Half an hour) 3 Shifts for Males
Two Shifts Maximum Till 10 PM for Females
2 days off on rotational basis.
