Job Title : Assistant Quality Manager
Reporting To : Quality Manager
Job Purpose
Assisting in the introducing and implementing existing Health and Hygiene and Environmental systems in all areas including Food/water systems, sustainability and general health and safety in Coral Sea hotels and resorts.
Monitor and assist the training of staff in such systems.
Assist in the implementation of a program of workable systems to ensure the standards are met. Monitoring and verification of standards.
Duties And Responsibilities
•Facilitate Health and Hygiene issues by monitoring the implementation of the following manuals:-
1-Food Safety Management
2-Prevention of Spread of Infection
3-Domestic Water Management.
4-Waste water /Sewage Management
5-Swimming pool Management
•To oversee the practical implementation of ISO Standards 14001, 9001 and 22000 including document control systems.
•Share and distribution updates on performance of the department
•Internal assessment on ISO standards identifying non conformities and good practices.
•To recognize and assist in training in areas of hygiene, safety and sustainability.
•Assist in delivering that the quality system documentation is implemented, controlled and effective.
•Line Manage the Quality Coordinators
•Performs any other duties related as may be assigned.
