Job Description

- Handle customer inquiries over the phone, by email, social media, live chat & face to face.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Route calls to appropriate resource.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Complete call logs.

Skills & Requirements:

- Very Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Very Good listening skills.
- Very Good problem analysis and problem solving.
- Customer service orientated.
- Can Work on shift basis.
- Very Good organizational skills.
- Attention to details.
- Judgment.
- Very Good computer skills.
- Excellent English Language.
- 0 – 2 Years’ Experience.
