ناس كتير بدور على شغل .. صح ؟؟
وشركات ومصانع كتير بردو محتاجة توظف ناس .. صح ؟؟

طب المشكلة فين ؟؟؟
المشكلة ان مؤهلات الباحثين عن الشغل غير المطلوب للوظائف المتاحة ...
مش بس كده..
ومهما اخد كورسات وتدريب بل ممكن يكون عنده خبرة كبيرة فى شركات تانية الإ انه بردو مش هيبقى مؤهل للوظيفة المتاحة ..

الكلام ده بجد اى كانت الوظيفة او الحرفة على فكرة !!!!!

الحل بمنتهى البساطة ان الشركة تستثمر فى المتقدمين للوظائف دول وتاهلهم للمطلوب ..
طب وهو فى شركة فمصر او مبتوظف حد بتديله كورسات وتدريب ؟؟
ده حتى الشركات والمصانع الى بتعمل كده بتخسف بالمرتب الأرض علشان متبقاش دفعة من جبها ...

سماع الناس بتقول ده الى بيحصل فعلا ..
