A Senior Training and Development specialist – HR:
Can develop the overall training and development requirements.
Conduct training and development needs, analysis to determine training and development objectives and priorities.
Identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees.
Actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.
Requirements:
• Nationality: Egyptian Males is a must.
• Bachelor in Human Resources or related field
• 4+ years’ experience in a training and development role
• Proficient in instructional design and training delivery
• Possess excellent communication (English, Arabic language) and organizational skills and have the ability to flourish in a dynamic, fast paced environment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution
• Willingness to adapt and open to new ideas as the company grows
• Knowledge of the Power/Energy industry preferred
• Experience with the latest in training, mobile learning or other HR training technologies
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Self-starter, highly motivated
• Exceptional problem solving skills
• Ability to multi task.
